Ghost of Christmas War

There are just a few working days left before Xmas, so here is a little update of what iv been doing this week...

...this was a lot of fun. a last minute walk in, in space of a last minute cancellation.hope i get to do more.....

...this was also a whole lot of fun and i cant wait to get her finished....

Here are a few sketches iv done recently too. Going to mish over the winter holidays and get a load of designs done for the new sketch book.

 I'm really looking forward to doing some tattoo work on my feet. iv started a cover up on my foot, and am going to try and get it finishe, so il keep you posted with pictures. And also sneak previews of some drawing for the new sketch book.

South of heaven II

Been a little while since my last blog. Been as busy as ever, starting new pieces and continuing with others. I have finshed these pieces in the last few weeks.......

I have also done a few pieces in one session too recently which is always nice. Had a lot of fun with this pin up. normally hate doing little faces, but i used a tight 3 liner to shade her and it it worked a whole lot better. shame u cant really see the detail in the photo......

.......want to do more lettering pieces too. i always have such a blast with them.......

......customers have been coming to me for really rad things at the mo. works been tuff but loads of fun and its good looking back at new photos and remembering thiings i have learnt......

....i still have a session to go on this piece, but am really happy with how its going and im not sure wen il get to finish it......

This little guy is a new edition in mine and Jo's life. he's so awesum.entertaining but very time consuming :)

So its nearly xmas and im glad to be taking a couple weeks out, to concentrate on doing artwork. Got loads of ideas for the new sketch book, so its going to be good to get my teeth stuck in.



Saw Municiple Waste play last nite. they wer sick!!!! hatebreed last week too last week, and the big four and judas priest are confirmed to play england next yr. FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

So its been a busy couple of weeks. i have finished a lot of kool pieces which im pretty happy with.....

....was also really nice to do some more work to Kris's backpiece ( and also to start work on Bec :) )......

and this which im pretty excited to get finished......

Its my turn at the weekend!! im going to Immortal Ink to get my throat finished by Jason Butcher on saturday. RAD. Think i have finally settled on an artist and design for my backpiece, im pretty excited bout it. Altho now its a long hard road of lasering to get it ready. Only had 3 sessions so far and it sucks balls.....so much to go.

Got lots of other excting things ahead too........ municiple waste, camden shopping, new colaboration sketch book (watch this space), hatebreed, new paintings and artwork......and new member of the family :)

.shedding skin.

Halloween was awesum!!! i had heaps of fun working away with the boys at the convention and getting dressed up. Unfortunatly i didnt win the ' Face Off' but i was happy with my piece. Like a douche bag tho, with all the excitement of judging and magazine photos i forgot to get my own photo of my piece, but hopfully be able to get one soon. Heres some other pics from the weekend...........

Me and Jo aslo went to a little exhibition in Bath. Luckily we got there on the last day and managed to get these rad photos....

We've got Billy Hay working in the studio this week. Going to be a lot of fun. Really looking forward to watching him work and getting my fingers tattooed.

Want to do lots of art work this week............ i have a feeling its going to involove lots of skulls :)

seasons in the abyss..............

Had a rad week of lettering this week (unfortunatly i havent got photos of all of it yet) this one was a challenge to draw, but i love the way its turned out. think we are going to expand with sum bold lines and shading, but really pleased with the direction its heading. really want to do some more in this kind of style......

This black and grey pin up was a lot of fun too. was nice to start and finish a piece in one hit. i have been outling A LOT recently so it was nice to do this on saturday. Mark is always a pleasure to tattoo aswell :)

Its amazing having the studio finished. i dont kno why i havent done it sooner. its an awesum space to sit and focus as well as being inspired and excited. i havent worked much with oils, and i love the work which a lot of tattoo artists are doing with this medium. Sso i thought id get stuck in and start a piece this weekend, it was a lot of fun, although iv got a long way to go before its finished.

....i also did these this week. they will be avalible to buy at the Halloween Bash Tattoo Convention this weekend in Newton Abbott, Devon.....

.....i'm doing the deul on the saturday. im up against Hazel Nichols from Design 4life. Our theme is 'Witches' and we have 6hours to complete a piece. feels great to be asked to take part in this, although i am a little nervous, but im sure it will be a lot of fun :)

Finished Vic on thurstons arm on sat. it seemd like it took forever but totally worth every second.......fucking love it dude!! We Rule ;)

Heres some stuff in progress which i worked on this week.......

Me and my boyfriend are turning the spare room into an art studio space.hopefully should be complete in the next couple days.cant wait!!!

I got to finish this on saturday..... think it was 4 hours for the first sitting (and her first tattoo!!!) where we didnt quite get it finished. Am really pleased with how well the colours have healed and how well they work together. cant wait to work on u again a lady.

I'm really feeling the benefits of chilling out. this weekend has been fun!! definatly refreshing me and getting me ready for a busy week back at work. can't wait to see what im going to be upto.

Everything is inspiring me at the moment....im pretty snap happy.....
